Winemakers fermenting tray designed to accommodate up to four 1 gallon demijohns.  Can be used with 25 litre fermenters occasionally, but if brewing with this size of vessel constantly, we would recommend our TE25 model.  Non adjustable thermostatically controlled to maintain a liquid temperature approximately 9 deg C above ambient room temperature, giving a fermenting temperature of 22-29 deg C in most domestic environments.  For more accurate control, see out TE75 model adjustable immersion heater.
