Coronavirus Situation
We have reduced our staff levels to a bare minimum but are currently still processing orders placed on our website and via Purchase Order from our commercial customers.
Orders will be processed as quickly as possible, but please be prepared for a slight delay and longer delivery times, as the postal and courier delivery systems are dealing with very large volumes of parcels.
We currently have stocks of products and raw materials, but some of our suppliers have closed, and we envisage shortages at some point.
Mashing Bins and EB5 Elements
There is currently a delay in production of the 240v 2.4kw elements, and we have been told to expect a delivery in the middle of June. All products that use the EB5 element, as well as the spare element itself, are currently out of stock. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience.
