Heat Pad with electronic thermostat to precisely control the temperature of your honey when de-crystallising.
The heater is rated at 40w, and has a temperature range of approximately 25-70 degrees C on the surface. This allows the temperature of your honey to be maintained at approximately 45 degrees C in a vessel placed on it whilst the crystals dissolve. The temperature can then be reduced slowly to allow a controlled cool down to be achieved.
