Similar in design to the Electrim Connoisseur we manufacture exclusively for Majestic Wine Warehouses, this heater is based on our popular TE25 size fermenting tray, but with the addition of an aluminium plate bonded onto the upper surface to aid heat dissipation. It is controlled by an adjustable electronic thermostat, which allows the surface temperature to be adjusted between 16 and 50 degrees C, allowing you to warm your wine to exactly the right temperature, no matter what the room temperature.
It should be remembered that the surface temperature of the heater will be significantly higher than the wine temperature due to thermal losses to the surrounding air.
